Pork Nuts
At Cast Iron Gourmet, corn nuts are one of our favorite snacks (a close second to Couch Mix™, of course). But like everything else we do, we wanted to make this classic TV-watching staple just a little bit better. That's why we fry fresh corn nuts in our triple-filtered bacon fat, then season them with a delicious salt-and pepper mix.
Face it: our nuts are bigger and tastier. Not everyone can stand behind a statement like that with such confidence.
